Life has been very busy in the 6 weeks we have been back – and I suddenly realised I had not sent you a formal not of thanks for a really wonderful trip. It was a pretty ambitious program – and went without a hitch. Feel free to use the following either on your web site or as an email to anyone asking for a reference.
In October 2008 our group of 19 walkers and runners arrived in Nepal with a pretty ambitious program. While a core goal was to run the Annapurna Circuit in seven days, we also wanted to experience a couple of trekking peaks and introduce the group to both camping and tea-house trekking. The result was a very crowded program with no spare days. Jiban organised all the activities in Nepal and the trip ran incredibly smoothly. As a result everyone achieved their goals (an almost un-heard of record for this type of trip).
For the record our trip included:
Langtang Valley and Yala Peak
Ganja La and Naya Khang
Gosainkunda
Chitwan National Park [Wildlife Excursion]
Annapurna Circuit
(Besi Sahr to Birethanti via Thorung La and Ghorepani) in 7 days.
Les formally-thanks for a great time and we look forward to returning.
